On campus registration

Once on campus, all outstation participants in APOGEE 2010 are required to go through the procedure of registration. There are two parts to this process:

1. Registration with the Department of Reception and Accommodation.

2. Registration with the Department of Controlz.

3. Issue of security ID cards (to be carried at all times during the fest) from Firewallz (after registration is completed).

All components are mandatory and participants are permitted to remain on campus and compete in events only after completing them.

Note:
Anyone found violating the above shall be subject to action. The decision of the Department of Controlz shall be final and binding in this regard. Participants are required to bring the following in order to enter campus and participate in events:

- College identity card of each participant. (If not available, a bona fide certificate of the student)

- Two passport/stamp size photographs of each participant are also needed.

This procedure should be done at the earliest. The last date for filling the online registration form and receipt of confirmation will be specified later.

Note:
Colleges that have not confirmed their participation will not be granted admission. There shall be a booth set up by the Department of Reception and Accommodation where participants will be given the details of their accommodation. On payment of a nominal refundable caution deposit, participants will be assigned living quarters. Participants need not bring bedding, buckets and so on. These will be provided at the time of allotment of accommodation. The caution deposit will be refunded when participants leave campus, provided that there is no damage to the rooms, bedding and so on. Registration is done at the Controlz booth, where participants pay the Registration Fee on a per head basis. The exact amount will be specified on the website at a later date. This amount is to be paid by all outstation participants and is non- refundable.

The registration amount is Rs 550 which would entitle a participant to participate in all the events (without any prerequisites) happening over the 4 days of the fest. The registration amount for day participation is Rs 150 which would entitle a participant to participate in all the events (without any prerequisites) happening on that particular day of the fest. Charges for workshops are separate.
