Rules
• Team size is restricted to at the maximum of two members. In case of team participation,both the members are required to be present on the spot of the event.
• Participants from different institutions can also form a team.
• The event would be held in two stages:
- The first stage involves the submission of abstracts.The format for the abstract (click here for the format) has been uploaded.
- The entries selected for the second round are required to present their poster at BITS Pilani during APOGEE 2010.
• The participants selected for the second round must now furnish a document attested by their guide/ mentor clearly stating that the concerned participant(s) have done original work relevant to the competition.
• All abstracts should strictly follow the specified format; failing which would lead to immediate disqualification.
• All data and information submitted is the property of the organizing team APOGEE and they reserve the right to use it for study purposes. APOGEE 2010 reserves the right to cancel and modify any of these above rules if need arises. The decision of the organizing team and the
judges will be final and binding.
